Ground Shipping Timing

We ship from our warehouses in Illinois and Wisconsin. Please refer to the shipping chart below to calculate your time in transit.

2 Day Air Shipping

For rush orders, we offer a 2-Day Shipping Service. This means that after an order is processed, it will ship via 2-Day air service. These two days are in addition to any order processing times. Our rates for 2-Day Air shipping are based on the overall size of the order, and start at $15.95 for a small order. Please check the rates in your shopping cart prior to placing your order.

We Only Ship To The 48 Contiguous States

Napkins.com is only able to ship to clients within the 48 contiguous United States. Addresses must be street addresses, we can not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Returns & RMAs

• To return any unopened cases, please call 888.959.3789 to obtain and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the date the item was ordered.
• Returns on full cases of unopened product will be accepted for full refund of the merchandise total, shipping will not be refunded
  
• This RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box(es).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• No refund will be issued, and items will be donated or destroyed, if merchandise returned has been opened or does not include the full case quantity. All returns must be in their original packaging and case quantities.
